Back to School 2013: Shopping For An Extended Summer [NeedSupply]

Typically the weather in my hometown begins to chill and mellow out around early/middle September, prompting New Jersey folks to turn to sweaters and shorts to transition into the fall or "sweater weather". This yearly event is exciting and fun because of the layering.

In Savannah, however, this is not a September tradition, and Savannites continue on with their summer clothing. Myself being a fall/winter girl, tend to lean more towards the layering side of fall clothing -- let's be real, who doesn't love walking out of their house wearing everything in their closet?!

When it came to gathering inspiration for my fall wardrobe, I could only think of one store that would satisfy all of my needs: NeedSupply

NeedSupply has some fantastic stylists working for them. Each season they update their website with looks that include staples and minimalistic outfits that can be mixed and matched with other looks on the site. The versatility in their pieces are so fun and makes spending money worthwhile.

So when I do my school shopping, I will have these 10 looks in mind...

Where we're comin' from...

What IS this?

Le petit cinq point is the crossroads between two design student's merging paths. North meets south, minimal meets eclectic, communication meets design. This is where ideas meet and merge. Where our collaboration comes to rest. Where we share our inspiration collective. This is Betsy. This is Jasmin. This is our petit cinq point.
